Last Updated: November 2025
Welcome to Pluto. Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Pluto (“Pluto” or “the Platform”).
1. Overview
Pluto is a non-custodial crypto platform in beta. We do not control, hold, or access user funds. All transactions happen directly on-chain via integrations with Privy (for wallet management) and Jupiter API (for token swaps).
We collect only the minimal data needed to operate and improve Pluto.

- Wallet address (public only) – used to connect your wallet and display portfolio data.
- Device and usage data – such as IP address, browser type, crash reports, and session analytics to improve app performance.
- Market data – fetched via the CoinGecko API to show charts, token prices, and rankings.
- Optional user data – like feedback or support messages you voluntarily submit.
We do not collect or store:
- Private keys or seed phrases
- Sensitive financial or identification data
- Full transaction histories beyond public blockchain data
3. How We Use Your Data
We use collected information to:
- Operate and improve Pluto’s functionality and performance

- Maintain security and detect bugs or fraudulent activity
We never sell or share your information with advertisers or unauthorized third parties.
4. Wallets and Third-Party Services
When using Pluto, you may interact with third-party providers:
- Privy – manages self-custodial wallet connections
- Jupiter API – executes swaps and fetches blockchain data
- CoinGecko – provides live market prices and chart data
Each service has its own privacy policy. Pluto does not store or control your wallet credentials.
5. Data Retention
We keep user emails and minimal analytics data only as long as necessary to operate Pluto and communicate with you.
6. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your data. However, blockchain transactions are public and immutable, and we cannot control the security of external networks or wallets.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent for processing.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will appear within the app or on our website. Continued use of Pluto means you accept the revised policy.
