Pluto — Privacy Policy
Last Updated: December 2025
Legal Entity: Pluto Tech LLC (Delaware, USA)
This Privacy Policy describes how Pluto Tech LLC (“Pluto,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with your use of the Pluto mobile application, website, software, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
1. Self-Custodial Nature
Pluto is a self-custodial interface that does not access, store, or control your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets. We cannot recover wallets or initiate transactions on your behalf. All blockchain activity conducted through the Services occurs on decentralized networks and is publicly viewable on the blockchain.
2. Information We Collect
Pluto collects only limited information necessary to operate and improve the Services. When you create an account or subscribe to updates, we may collect your email address, which you voluntarily provide. We do not collect government-issued identification, financial information, personal payment details, or any KYC data. Any email information provided is used to manage accounts, send updates, communicate service changes, and provide customer support.
When you use the Services, we automatically receive certain technical and device information, including IP address, device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and usage analytics. This information is collected solely for the purpose of maintaining platform security, improving performance, diagnosing technical issues, and analyzing aggregate trends. We do not create profiles, track users across websites, or sell personal data.
You acknowledge that blockchain networks are public, and that any wallet addresses, transactions, or balances associated with your activity are publicly available and outside Pluto’s control. Connecting a wallet to the Services does not grant Pluto access to your private keys or digital assets. Any on-chain activity is processed by third-party blockchain protocols, not by Pluto.
3. Third-Party Services
Pluto uses third-party partners such as analytics tools, RPC providers, decentralized exchange routers, indexing services, and the CoinGecko API for market data. These third-party services may receive anonymized or aggregated technical information related to your device or request, but they do not receive personal information such as your email address unless you separately provide it to them.
Pluto does not control how third-party services process data, and your use of such services is subject to their respective privacy policies.
4. How We Use and Disclose Information
We may use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Services; communicate with you; enhance user experience; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats; comply with legal obligations; respond to law enforcement where required; and enforce our Terms of Service. We do not rent, sell, or trade your personal data to third parties.
We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or government request. We may also disclose information necessary to protect the rights, safety, and property of Pluto, its users, or the public. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, user information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
5. Security
Pluto uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information under our control. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You acknowledge that you share information at your own risk and that Pluto cannot guarantee absolute security. Because Pluto does not hold or store private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets, we are unable to assist in asset recovery, account retrieval, or transaction reversal.
6. Minors
The Services are not intended for minors under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
You may request deletion of your email from our systems by contacting us at support@pluto.meme. Certain logs or technical data may continue to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted within the Services with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
9. Contact Us
